What PinWatch does

What PinWatch checks, how its uptime and keyword monitors alert you by email, who can see your monitors, and where it sits in the Oroe suite.

PinWatch in one minute

PinWatch keeps an eye on your websites and services so you don’t have to. It visits each thing you ask it to watch on a schedule. If something stops answering, it tells you by email. When it comes back, it tells you again.

You can watch two kinds of things:

Monitor What it answers Good for
Uptime Monitor “Is it reachable right now?” Your website, an API, a mail or database port, a domain name
Keyword Monitor “Has this word appeared on, or gone from, the page?” “In Stock” on a product page, a notice on a supplier’s site, your own footer text

How it fits into Oroe

Oroe is a business suite for service businesses. Cue builds your website, Nest keeps your customers, Relay holds your conversations, Pulse holds your documents and Tron runs your AI agents.

PinWatch is the quiet, dependable part of that story. It doesn’t guess or summarise. It runs the same checks, the same way, every time, and tells you plainly what it saw. That is exactly what you want from monitoring: when your booking page or shop goes down, you hear about it before your customers do.

You sign in once with your Oroe account. PinWatch uses the same module switcher as the rest of the suite. Monitors belong to the workspace owner’s Oroe account rather than to one workspace. If you own several workspaces, you see the same monitors in each. Team members see the monitors of the owner who invited them. Open the grid icon at the side of the screen to jump to any other module.
