Create your Oroe account

Before you start

Oroe accounts are currently opened by invitation. You need one of these:

• An invitation code from the Oroe team. It goes in the Invitation code box at the top of the sign-up form. If you don’t have one, email support@oroe.ai.
• An invitation from someone who already uses Oroe and wants you on their team. If that’s you, follow Accept an invitation instead. You won’t need an invitation code.

Sign up

1. Go to https://my.oroe.ai/register. You can also select Sign up on the sign-in page.
2. Fill in the form:
   • Invitation code: the code the Oroe team gave you. It comes first.
   • Full name: the name your team will see across every Oroe module.
   • Business name (optional): used to name your first workspace.
   • Email: the address you’ll sign in with.
   • Mobile number: pick your country from the dropdown, then type your number without the country code.
   • Password: see the rules below.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Select Continue.
5. On the Check your email page, enter the 6-digit code from the email titled “Your Oroe sign-up code”, then select Verify and create account.
6. Your account is created and you’re signed in straight away, on your dashboard.

Confirm your email with the one-time code

• The code expires after 10 minutes. If it has expired or the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder, then select Send a new code. Use the code from the newest email.
• Typed the wrong address? Select Use a different email to go back to the form.
• If you see “Your sign-up session expired”, start again from the sign-up form.

Choosing your country

Oroe tries to pick your country for you, based on your browser’s settings. Check it’s right before you continue. Your country matters beyond the phone number: it sets the currency and formatting defaults for your workspace. The form shows you which currency it will use as soon as you choose a country.

Tip You can change your country later from your profile. See Update your profile.

Password rules

Your password needs:

• At least 12 characters
• An uppercase letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number

The form ticks off each rule as you type, so you’ll know it’s accepted before you submit.

What you get

When you sign up with an invitation code, Oroe creates your first workspace for you, named after your business if you entered one. Your dashboard opens with a Getting started card with three steps: build your website, set up bookings, and connect your AI model in Pulse. You can dismiss the card when you’re done.

Your plan decides which modules you can open and how many workspaces you can create. You can see all of that on your dashboard and on your plan pages.

Note Signing in with Google or GitHub isn’t available. Use your email address and password.
