The platform

Set up once. Every module shares it.

Your account, your team, your workspaces and your AI connection live in one place. Every module you open uses them, so you never set up a login, invite a colleague or paste an AI key twice.

What it saves you

The groundwork, done once

One login for everything

Sign in once and move between your website, CRM, inbox, documents and agents without signing in again.

Single sign-on across all six modules, with a module switcher in every app.

A workspace per business

Run a second location or brand without mixing up clients, deals or mailboxes.

Each workspace has its own team. Cue, Nest, Relay and Pulse keep their records per workspace.

The right access for each person

Your receptionist gets bookings and the inbox. Your accountant gets the invoices. Nobody sees more than they need.

Invite people by email, choose their modules, and set roles and permissions inside each module.

See the whole week

Bookings, contacts, messages and agent work in one analytics portal, instead of six dashboards.

Activity, funnels and a dashboard per module, plus an audit log of who did what.

In practice

The modules hand work to each other

One message, four modules

Nobody copies anything across

A client asks about Saturday on your Facebook page. A Tron chat agent answers from your real availability in Cue, books the slot, saves the client to Nest, and the conversation sits in Relay where a person can take over at any point.

  • Answers from real availability, not a guess
  • The client record exists the moment they book
  • A person can step in at any time

You stay in charge

You decide how much the AI may do

Each agent has rules for what it may do on its own, send windows and calling hours. Anything outside the rules waits on one Approvals page. Marketing sends always need a person.

  • Per-agent rules and send windows
  • One Approvals page for every agent
  • Your own AI model, chosen per workspace

AI on your own key

Bring your own AI. Pay your provider directly.

Your provider, your account

Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, an OpenAI-compatible service or a self-hosted model in Pulse settings.

Tested, then stored encrypted

Pulse tests each model connection before you rely on it, and stores your key encrypted.

No AI resale

Usage is billed by your provider at their rates, on your account. We don’t add a margin on top.

Platform questions

Before you commit

Do I need every module?

No. Each module works on its own. Start with one and add more when it saves you time.

Do I need an AI key to start?

Not for your website, bookings, CRM, inbox or monitoring. You need one for Pulse chat and the AI agents, and Pulse walks you through adding it.

Can my team use Oroe without seeing everything?

Yes. You choose which modules each person can open, and roles inside each module decide what they can change.

One account. Every module. You in charge.

Start with the part of your business that takes the most of your time.

Oroe is in early access: sign-up needs an invitation code. No code yet? Ask us for one.
