What a week on Oroe looks like for your business

Every service business does the same jobs: get booked, keep track of clients, answer everyone and find the right answer fast. Here is how those jobs run on Oroe for four kinds of business, module by module.

Patients book and fill in forms before they arrive

Patients choose a service, a practitioner and a free slot on your booking page. Intake forms on your Cue site take file uploads and signatures, so paperwork is done before the visit. Each booking and form can be saved to Nest as a contact. At the front desk, staff ask Pulse about your own policies and procedures and get the answer with the page it came from.

  • Forms with file upload and signature
  • Bookings and forms saved to Nest as contacts

Before you switch

Will Oroe remind my clients about their appointments?

Not by itself yet. Cue doesn’t send email or text reminders to clients today. A Tron agent can confirm appointments by email through your Relay mailbox, or by phone if you connect your own telephony account.

I handle sensitive client information.

Your data is kept per workspace, and AI requests go to the provider you choose, or to your own self-hosted model. Read how on our security page.

My business doesn’t fit any of these.

If you have clients, a calendar and an inbox, the same pieces apply. Tell us what you do and we’ll say honestly whether Oroe fits.
